What is included in the registration fee?

Registration permits the attendee to the workshops, the day before the conference, the day of presentations, lunch and refreshments throughout, and pays for the evening conference dinner on the Friday.

Do I need to pay an additional amount for the workshop day (4th May)?

No, if you have already registered you do not need to pay an additional amount. As the training day is an additional component of the conference, we just ask attendees to let us know through the registration form if they are interested in attending.

What is the easiest way of getting to the Moesgaard Campus?

As the venue is outside of the city centre, it is perhaps easiest to reach the campus by the bus (the number 18 from Mejlby/Elev to Moesgaard Museum). This route runs throughout the city and  leaves Aarhus centre (Park Allé) three or four times per hour on weekdays. The trip takes 24 minutes and you will need a ticket for two zones. More information about the bus service can be found here: https://www.midttrafik.dk/english/plan-your-jouney/. Parking is also available (and free) around the campus and in the Moesgaard car park.

Given the number of conference deadlines around this time, and following a number of enquiries, we are extending the abstract submission deadline until the end of Friday 24th March. After this time no further abstracts will be accepted.
